CPH:DOX stars Ai Weiwei as curator

CPH-DOX newsThe biggest documentary celebration; the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival (7-17 November) in Scandinavia, is right around the corner and will be world premiering many controversial films. This year’s programme presents over 200 films, 57 world and international premieres and a new prize for journalistic documentaries called F:ACT AWARD as well as curated programs, among which, one curated by world’s most influential artists Ai Weiwei and activist duo The Yes Men.

The Copenhagen-based festival is boasting a world premiere on Ai Weiwei’s new film Stay Home!, about a 10-year old girl who is not allowed to receive medical care for her HIV-infection, as she is the second child in the family. For tickets and more information see: http://cphdox.dk/en
